Job Description

The Operations Administrator will provide the corporate manufacturing team with daily analytical and administrative support. Complex projects may include; internal and industry specific metrics reporting and trend analysis (headcount, turnover, lateness activity, etc.).  This position will also be responsible for the creation and maintenance of various internal database(s) and systems.  The ideal applicant must be able to use tact, diplomacy, discretion and independent judgment.

 

Essential Functions

  • Review, track and analyze time and attendance transactions for production personnel
  • Act as company liaison to outside contracting agencies
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing contract employees
  • Create and maintain internal databases which include, training database, attendance/lateness database, etc.
  • Track and analyze metrics which include headcount, turnover, etc.
  • Create, monitor and maintain employee trainings in conjunction with departments as necessary
  • Special projects as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Superior computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Access
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
