CPI Aerostructures to Report 2015 First Quarter Financial Results on Tuesday, May 5th and Hold Conference Call on Wednesday, May 6th

Edgewood, NY – CPI Aerostructures, Inc. (“CPI Aero®”) (NYSE American: CVU) today announced that it will issue its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015 on Tuesday, May 5th after the stock market closes.
CPI Aero’s Chief Executive Officer and President, Douglas McCrosson, and Chief Financial Officer, Vincent Palazzolo, will host a conference call on Wednesday May 6, 2015 at 8:30 am Eastern Time to discuss these results as well as recent corporate developments. After opening remarks, there will be a question and answer period. Interested parties may participate in the call by dialing (201) 493-6739.
