Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for all supervising and supporting of manufacturing build and activities on the shop floor. Resolution of manufacturing issues by updating INFOR, documentation or possibly tooling are all in the Manufacturing Engineer’s responsibility. Strong communication and interface with manufacturing personnel is expected.
Essential Functions
Strong Communication and People skills are a must.
Use of Catia V5 is required.
Blueprint reading skills and knowledge of ANSI Y14.5 is a must. Understanding and knowledge of Aerospace manufacturing techniques, specifications and materials is required.
Knowledge of assembly tooling design and build is required.
Proficiency in standard computing software including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience

Ability to lift, carry and handle objects weighing 25-30 pounds.
Lifting, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, grasping, holding, reaching, pushing and pulling are generally required to perform the functions of this position.
The salary range for this position is : $69,350-$92,550. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and other factors allowed by law. Individuals are not typically hired at or near the top of the salary range.
